Establishing a wholesale account with Gordon Companies, Inc.

We are excited to establish a wholesale relationship with your business and committed to your success. In order to ensure smooth transactions, please review the following instructions:

Go to MerchantOverstock.com
Click on the “Account Login” button located at the top right section of the homepage.
Click on the blue “NEW MEMBERS SIGN UP HERE” link at the top of the page.

Fill out all three tabbed sections:

A. Account & Contact Info

B. Billing Information

C. Shipping Information

Click “Create Account” button at bottom.

Fax or email a copy of your Tax ID or Resale Certificate and signed User Agreement located at Wholesale Agreement Document

We will email you when your account is set up so you can view your special discounted wholesale pricing. This confirmation email will arrive within 48 hours.

Placing an order

Please be sure you are logged into your account.

Orders must be paid for upfront prior to shipping. When you place an order, you will enter your credit card information and have the option to store it for future purchases.

Please be sure your billing information is accurate to include the following:

Name exactly as it appears on Credit Card
Billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, including the billing phone number.
Card Type: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express
Card #
Expiration
CVV#

When you request it, we store credit card information on a fully encrypted server.

To place a wholesale order, login to your account at http://www.merchantoverstock.com. Add items to your cart and proceed through checkout, completing all fields and confirming your purchase when complete. The billing information must match the credit card information on file.

Once you press the “Place Order” button, your order will be confirmed and an order acknowledgment will be emailed to you with a receipt including your eight-digit Order ID#. Please refer to your Order ID# or your email address when contacting us about an order. You will be emailed tracking information when it becomes available. Most items are shipped from our Buffalo, NY 14227 warehouse within two business days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to Return Policy for additional information.

Please note: Canadian wholesale customers are required to pay all taxes, duties and brokerage fees at time of purchase.
